Jeremy David-Paul Hartman

I’m Jeremy David-Paul Hartman, originally from Colorado and now based in Clermont-Ferrand. My background spans higher education, adult training, private English coaching and international B2B development. My language skills come from sustained academic study and extended immersion across Europe and the Americas.
- Two B.A. degrees from the University of Colorado Boulder: International Affairs and Spanish for the Professions (five years of study).
- French: a complete academic year of intensive full-time immersion at Université Clermont Auvergne (DUEF), progressing from B1 in the first semester to B2 in the second.
- Spanish: six years in middle and high school, immersion in Mexico, university studies, and two further years in Spain, Panama and Uruguay.
- Portuguese: independent study and language courses followed by immersion in Portugal (two months) and Brazil (four months) while teaching English.
- Native English speaker; TQUK Level 5 TEFL qualification (168 hours).
